Our Story

Onli Travel was born out of a passion for travel and the challenges that come with it. After over 25 years of business, adventure, and vacation travel to more than 40 countries—and countless cities for business meetings—I experienced firsthand the frustrations of modern travel.

From navigating remote locations as an adventure traveler to enduring crowded flights and rising baggage fees, the need for a better travel solution became clear. As airlines tightened restrictions and packing became a stressful ordeal, I saw an opportunity to leverage technology and design to create a hassle-free, adaptable solution for travelers everywhere.

The breakthrough came on a frigid runway in South Dakota, when the inconvenience of gate-checking a bag in sub-zero temperatures sparked an idea: “Why can’t I design a modular bag that never has to be checked?” That simple question led to the creation of Onli Travel—a revolutionary approach to modular luggage, designed to make travel easier, more flexible, and less stressful.

Our Products

We launched with a groundbreaking three-part modular bag, combining the best of rolling luggage and backpacks to create a one-bag travel solution. Now, we’re proud to introduce our third-generation product line, the Trilogy, and our latest innovation, the Penta 5-in-1 Packable Duffle.
