You may return your “unused” merchandise for any reason within 30 days of fulfillment. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All original packaging, contents and pamphlets must be included within the original box. You must obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) before sending in your return, and you must follow the process on our website. We do charge a $45 fee to cover the cost of shipping for bags and $19 for packing cubes for items bought and returned from a U.S. address. Unfortunately, international customers (including Canadian customers) must pay the full cost of shipping their return shipping back to our U.S. warehouse. Onli Travel, LLC will however accept returns from anywhere in the world you are located. We will not accept any duties or fees related to the export, import or customs charges related to international returns. All international customers should label the package as “Goods Returned Under Warranty” before sending the product back. We recommend that you obtain a tracking number when returning the package and email us the details. Onli Travel, LLC is not responsible for packages that are “lost in transit”.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds, at our discretion, are granted (if applicable):
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after fulfillment.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 business days after receipt of the return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
At this time, Onli Travel, LLC does not accept exchanges. If the product you have purchased or received is within the allotted time period (30 days from fulfillment) and you would like to return it, you can do so and your money will be fully refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be notified about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Onli Travel Product Return, C/O Sprocket Express, 23 West Bacon Street, Suite 5, Plainville, MA 02762 USA. A shipping label will be provided as part of the returns process, once you obtain your RMA.
You will be responsible for a $45 for bags and $19 for other items restocking fee for the return (for US customers). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
