NYC b8ta Store Launch

Onli Travel is now beginning selective retail distribution. We are already on Amazon, and will be launching on The Grommet in October. And, most recently, we launched at four b8ta stores in Hudson Yards, New York, Macy’s New York, Palo Alto, CA, and San Jose, CA. We will launch at a 5^th b8ta store in Boston when it opens, in November or December of this year.

B8ta is an innovative retail concept that features some of the most successful and thoughtful products developed by leading designers and companies. Each store features a tablet next to where the product is displayed, with information on the product. The content of the tablet is directly controlled by the manufacturer, so we can tell our story the way we want to!

B8ta also partners with their manufacturers to run in-store events. We showed up in New York City at the Hudson Yards store the weekend of September 7^th and 8^th and demonstrated the bag to interested people in the b8ta stores. The response was terrific, and we ended up selling out the inventory of Onli Travel Venture Rolling Packs in the store! Several other people ordered later on b8ta’s website, or our own website.

In addition, we got some great feedback and ideas for our products. It is great to interact with people who know the challenges of modern travel and understand the benefits of our one-bag modular solution.

A big thank you to the b8ta folks for all their help on the event! We are going to do it again October 12^th and 13^th at the b8ta stores in Macy’s New York (on 34^th street) and at Hudson Yards, so if you’d like to meet us in person, please come out and visit us! We hope to do events in California as well.
